Academy for Conservation and the Environment

Overview paragraph: This is a small learning community with a supportive culture. We prepare students with knowledge, skills, confidence, and motivation to succeed in college. Our instructional program focuses on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and the application of real-world concepts. Through our partnerships with Cornell University, Brooklyn College, and Medgar Evers College, we provide a rigorous curriculum emphasizing the sciences and technology. We provide students with internship opportunities, numerous Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and early college courses. Through dedicated staff, rigorous and engaging coursework, and individualized instruction our students are empowered to succeed in their future endeavors.
