Gotham Professional Arts Academy

Overview written by the school: We are a small Consortium high school that values community activism and change agency. We help students find their voice through a non-traditional integrated arts curriculum. Project/Problem-based learning helps our students develop independence. They write and defend five thesis papers (PBATs) instead of Regents exams to earn a Regents diploma. ICT classrooms with two teachers ensure students with IEPs receive personalized support to meet their academic and social-emotional goals. We partner with arts institutions and artists across the city. We are also United Community Schools site, which brings resources to our school like PGC mentoring program, cooking, music studio, dance, and drama clubs and more. Come change your world with us.
