Global Learning Collaborative, The

Overview written by the school: GLC students participate in a rich interdisciplinary curriculum designed to explore what makes a global citizen. Our English and double-period Global History courses emphasize a strong writing foundation from which students build their knowledge of the world and themselves. Our World Dance program allows students to experience the history and creativity of our world's cultures as expressed through music and dance. Math and science classes explore the impact of sustainable energy sources. Students are encouraged to pursue our 12 Advanced Placement courses and College Now classes. Extra-curriculars foster advocacy through Student Council, Model UN, Generation Citizen, Mock Trial and Study Abroad. Interested GLC students can graduate early.
