Program description: This program provides students with management theories and operational talents in partnership with National Academy of Finance, Careers through Culinary Arts Program, and Virtual Enterprise, Inc. Students are exposed to hands-on, practical experiences beginning in the ninth grade and culminating with internships prior to senior year. Graduates will have the opportunity to leave with one or more certificates related to their specialty area.
